Completing the profile is very simple indeed. Firstly you need to choose the report that best suits your needs. At present two reports are available - the Career Guidelines Report and the Personal Review Report.
Once you have ordered your chosen report, you will be taken to the client
area where you can fill in the on-line questionnaire comprising of 24 questions.
If you are a new client, you will also receive and email with your log in details in case you don't wish to answer the questions immediately after ordering the profile.
- The questionnaire should take less than 8 minutes to complete
on-line without interruption. Firstly, think of yourself in a work situation.
- Examine each group of four words.
- For each question choose the word that MOST describes you
in the work situation and simply indicate your choice by clicking the 'radio'
button under your chosen word and on the Most like me line.
- Then choose a word that LEAST describes you in the work
place and simply indicate your choice by clicking the 'radio' button under
your chosen word and on the Least like me line.
- You must indicate a MOST and LEAST answer for each question
before you can proceed to the next question.
- To proceed to the next question simply press the Proceed
button.
- There are 24 questions to answer in all.
- Your first thought is probably the best one. You can, however,
return to previous questions if you wish, by simply pressing the previous
button. Please note, however, this will erase your previous selections.
- Once Question 24 is answered and you press Proceed, you
will be unable to amend your answers, as your order will be automatically
moved to the next stage.
- Your questionnaire will be analysed and emailed to you
within a couple of working hours.
