Delivery of
ebooks Once payment for an ebook is authorised, the client will be taken to the "My Products" area of the site and given a password. Simple instructions will then be presented to the client to view and/or download the ebook. All files are copyrighted thereby making it illegal to copy the file to anyone other than the original purchaser, unless authorised by a CAREERCONSULTANTS.CO.UK in writing. If, for any reason, a file is unobtainable, the client should inform CAREERCONSULTANTS.CO.UK immediately and an alternative means of getting the file to the client will be sought. Under all circumstances, the client will be given access to the ebook within 5 working day of ordering, otherwise CAREERCONSULTANTS.CO.UK will refund the client's payment in full. Once the ebook has been received by the client, CAREERCONSULTANTS.CO.UK takes no further responsibility for loss or damage to the file.
Delivery of
CV Services CAREERCONSULTANTS.CO.UK is, however, dependent upon the cooperation of the client to achieve this. Special arrangements to write and produce a CV in less than 5 working days can be arranged and need to be agreed beforehand. Once payment for CV Assessment is authorised, the client will be directed to the "My Products" area of the site, and prompted to upload their exisiting CV. The CV assessment will take upto 5 working days depending on demand, and an email notification will be sent to the client when the assessment has been completed. Once payment for CV Writing is authorised, the client will be taken to the "My Products" area of the site and guided through the CV writing process. Part of the process is to complete a word file, intended to collect the necessary additional detail from the client in order to complete a draft CV. It then becomes the responsibility of the client to return this completed file, in a suitable standard, to CAREERCONSULTANTS.CO.UK. Please allow up to 28 days to process the information and draft the CV. During "non-promotional" periods the client will normally receive a draft within 3-4 working days. A further Word file may be sent with the draft of the CV to gather additional information, if required. The client is then able to either amend the CV accordingly or return it to CAREERCONSULTANTS.CO.UK to make the further amendments on the client's behalf. CAREERCONSULTANTS.CO.UK takes no responsibility for any misrepresentation or legal proceedings caused by the CV and takes no responsibility for any errors, either content or typographical, that are subsequently found in the CV. CAREERCONSULTANTS.CO.UK takes no responsibility for a client missing a particular application deadline and subsequent loss. CVs will be produced by CAREERCONSULTANTS.CO.UK in Microsoft WORD, unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds Promotions and
Money-Back Vouchers CAREERCONSULTANTS.CO.UK also reserves the right to issue "Money-Back" vouchers to its clients on the purchase of suitable products. All "Money-Back" vouchers will be given a unique serial number and will be processed in the same method as the client's original payment. Promotional activity and periods of peak demand may lead to delays in receiving CV writing services and assessments. Every effort will, however, be made to meet the clients requirements with regards to submission deadlines for CVs although this cannot be guaranteed.
